Munchies & Motion – Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Munchies & Motion LLC, we take pride in creating delicious, high-quality baked goods and treats. All of our items are made fresh daily, and because they are perishable, all sales are final once your order has been confirmed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After that period, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds are ONLY issued if an order is incorrect due to our error.
• If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery or pickup with photos of the product and packaging.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Custom Orders

All custom and specialty orders (including cakes, cupcakes, and catering) require a non-refundable deposit. Once the work has begun, deposits cannot be transferred or refunded.

Allergy & Food Safety Disclaimer

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. While we take steps to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free.

Please refrigerate or store your items as directed to ensure freshness and safety. We are not responsible for products that are improperly stored after pickup or delivery.
